This VN has certainly been a wild ride - despite notable flaws, it was overall an enjoyable experience full of surprises. To start off, the presentation is awesome; the medical-themed UI looks very appealing and the art is beautiful with a soft colorpalette, including a solid variety of CGs. The soundtrack is rather simple, yet also lovely and fitting the ambience. The game manages to create an original sweet & idyllic atmosphere! Story-wise I'd classify this VN as romantic slice-of-life, featuring drama and mystery elements. Considering I'm not a huge SOL fan, I found some daily life (dialogue) scenes often overly long and honestly wish that this writing effort rather went into the vital reveals and bad endings, as those are highly intriguing but nowhere as elaborate as they deserve to be. Moreover regarding the bad ends, I loved how deranged they are, I wasn't bothered by their unlikelihood, but the lack of build-up and brevity of final scenes made them feel like wasted potential and pure shock factor instead of genuine alternative outcomes. However, I found the general plot entertaining to follow, plus the accurate depiction of hospital work is actually insightful. I also ador…17 found this helpful

Nurse Love Syndrome is a story-driven visual novel developed by KOGADO STUDIO and published on Steam by KOMODO that blends heartfelt romance with an unusually grounded portrayal of professional life. Rather than relying on exaggerated drama or fantasy elements, the game roots its narrative in the everyday routines, emotional challenges, and quiet triumphs of working in a hospital. You follow Kaori Sawai, a newly graduated nurse whose motivation to enter the profession stems from a traumatic childhood accident and a sincere desire to help others. From the beginning, the game establishes a reflective, intimate tone, focusing less on spectacle and more on personal growth, relationships, and the meaning of care. The story unfolds at Yurigahama Hospital, where Kaori begins her career surrounded by a diverse cast of colleagues and patients. Much of the early experience centers on her adjustment to the realities of nursing: long shifts, emotional strain, and the pressure of responsibility. These elements are not treated as background flavor, but as core parts of Kaori’s journey, shaping her interactions and inner thoughts. The hospital setting feels lived-in and authentic, and the narrat…1 found this helpful
I feel like yuri visual novels that aren't kinetic or have more than two heroines are pretty rare. The only ones that come to mind besides this one are Nurse Love Addiction and Yumeutsutsu. Unfortunately most of the routes aren't good. They're either "fine" or boring. There is only one good route which I'll talk more about later. So there are six heroines. Three of them are the main routes, and the other three are side routes that were added after it was remastered. The main routes are significantly longer and they have their own epilogues. Like you think you're done, you got an ending, this is the epilogue, but nope, there's a bit more after that. Then after the credits there is still one more scene left. The side routes don't have those.
MAIN ROUTES
Sayuri: Best girl. More on her later :) I want to get the others out of the way first. Hatsumi: It's fine, I liked her, but considering this is the most plot-relevant route (it's the one that explains what's going on in the story, I recommend doing it last), I ultimately found it a bit underwhelming. Nagisa: This one was disappointing. She was the one I was initially interested in. I liked her in other…
