About Once in Yaissor
✦ AI summary
Navigate a fractured near-future society where influencers have replaced workers and cynicism reigns, uncovering dark truths through a darkly comedic narrative with genuinely developed characters. This indie visual novel stands out with its sharp social satire, real-world grounding, and willingness to balance humor with genuine emotional weight about modern alienation.
Game Features:
- Complex plot
- Well-developed characters
- Great humor
- Unique style
- Life themes are touched upon
- No annoying anime characters
Summer, 2020, Ya'issor. Most people have become youtubers, streamers, and other scum, and almost no one wants to be a working bum. Nobody has an opinion of their own. Everyone thinks they are nihilists, atheists, reading intellectuals and other elites. But life has not changed, because all the people who are persecuted are the same as they are. That is why Yaissor is no longer Europe-Asia, it is now Atheist-Bull. Atheisto is led by the people themselves, or rather by those who engage in Internet activity. At the head of the Bildo is Nitup and it is this part of the country that supplies Yaissor with all the production it needs, because in Atheisto live people who believe that work is for people who are backward in development.
Heart of the Games - I don't understand even single word but it's best game I have ever seen.
StopGame.ru - Passing Yaissor alone is not interesting, but in the company of friends and a few cases of strong drinks this novel can be very funny :-)
BF Reviews - An excellent novel with a deep story from domestic developers. Real photos, real life situations, well readable text. Funny and sometimes sad.

so computers, right? we spent like, decades figuring out how to make those things work, pouring tons of effort and money into tech development since the 30s. i'm pretty sure it was all just so this game could exist. like, this is peak gaming. nothing's gonna top it. seriously, i need a book or even a movie about cyborg dan. his story actually stresses me out, i gotta know what happens to him.
so computers, right? like, invented way back in the 30s. humanity put in so much work, so much effort, so many resources to get where we are with tech today. and you know what? i truly believe it was *all* for this game to exist. this is it. it ain't getting better than this. for real. i need a book about cyborg dan. or like, a movie adaptation. i'm genuinely concerned about what happens to that dude.

dang, computers came out in the late 30s right? humanity dumped so much time, so many resources, just tons of effort into getting tech where it is today. and you know what? i'm pretty sure it was all so THIS game could exist. like, it literally doesn't get better than this. somebody needs to write a book about cyborg dan or make a movie. i'm seriously invested in what happens to that guy.
