Just played this game for a bit and it was a lot of fun! I don't have too much experience with rogue-lites, but I'm enjoying myself! I've played, I think, Wizard of Legend, but it was very difficult. This game doesn't feel too easy but it's also not unforgiving either. Check it out! Some of the art and graphics could be improved, such a a boss that has spinning... lava? around him, but some of the less clean or crisp sprites certainly don't make the game ugly or anything.3 found this helpful
An enjoyable Rogue-lite. The Castle Crawl runs are short enough (30-45 minutes) to make it easy to pick up when you don't have a lot of time, but it's hard to stop after just one run. The variety of items makes each run feel unique. While the occasional bug can pop up, the gameplay is satisfying.1 found this helpful
A fun little roguelike romp! Fairly straightforward, but enough meaningful decisions in the gear you get to make the runs interesting and unique. There's not mountains of content, but what is here plays well. All of my losses felt fair, and as i learned more of the mechanics I felt that "one more run" itch to come back and beat the game!1 found this helpful
An excellent, surprisingly challenging indy game. I have really enjoyed playing it
Really cool game that can be surprisingly difficult. The choice of the items you choose to upgrade with really makes a difference in how you fight the enemies and the bosses, and i had a tough time even beating the first boss. Its a very retro style game with a dope music choice too.
