In Orph - The Lost Boy you play as a father whose wife died and the child was taken by the state 8 years ago.
Years have passed and you decide to find your son, all tracks lead you to an old orphanage.
The task seems simple, find some information about your son... but things will change pretty soon and you will get caught between worlds, between good and evil, between reality and nightmare.
While exploring the huge orphanage and the undergrounds, you will be solving puzzles, collecting items, uncover mysteries.
Use the items you found to reach new areas or to find more about the story.
Each decision will get you closer to your son or deeper into the darkness. Face your deepest fears and try to keep your sanity until, well...the end.

I really enjoyed this one, green filter included. There are plenty of well-timed jumpscares and a few light puzzles. The story is told through diary pages. Make sure to save before you find the final cell keys, as you have to make a choice to complete one of 2 endings. There are some really evil doings in this orphanage. Poor kiddos.2 found this helpful
I enjoyed this game... but I really wish there had been more. The reviews that were left about the game being bad because of the "color scale" in the game were unfair... all it meant was I had to use my head... and I did. I feel like the game could've even been made a little longer to delve into the lore inside of the orphanage... and why the events that transpired happened (but I won't give away too much just for the sake of spoilers). Regardless of the reviews that were left "negatively"... give this game a chance. It was really a good time on stream.1 found this helpful
2/10 Very poor game design. No save checkpoint, got to save manually. Horrible greenish filter, blurry image, important objects very hard to spot. Very bad jumpscares. Horrible sound design, the same music is looping during the whole game. Honestly I got sick of it. Not recommended.

[h1] VERY SPOOKY [/h1] [b][i] a horror walking sim with puzzles that lead you through the story [/i][/b] I was very weary of this game going in due to what others have said about the game, but despite the other reviews I was really happily surprised with this game and I really enjoyed it. This game took me around 2hrs and 40 minutes to complete (would have taken me around 2hrs flat if i didnt have to restart a few times) [b] DISCLAIMER: [/b] the game does not auto-save and if you die you fully restart the game REMEMBER TO SAVE (i may have restarted 3 times before i realized i had to manually save) The atmosphere was definitely frightening and I really enjoyed the stylistic choice of the green filter I think it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the game. I'm not proud to say it but every single scare got me... and even when I knew it was coming it got me again. I got the absolute booty scared out of me on multiple occasions. I enjoyed the story behind the whole game, but in some parts, I do wish I had more background details and just more overall. I did get stuck a few times, but that's honestly user error, the objects were well hidden and I am very bad at finding …
