Papercut Art Gallery-Growth

This is the second such puzzle game from [i]Catnip studio[/i] I tried so I primarily evaluate it based on the comparison with [i]Plants Huddled Together[/i]. But first, what is this game about? It's about artwork that gets [i]blown up[/i] and you are meant to put together all the pieces. You can rotate these pieces (only a couple of times so that much [i]fine tuning[/i] is not needed, fortunately) and you need to do all the puzzles without any help. Now, what [i]Plants[/i] did better was that it was offering an [i]easy mode[/i] by allowing you to activate a grid so it tremendously helped with the placement. Additionally, after every 5th placement, a random section got highlighted (for 1 piece to fit, naturally, but it was helpful only in case the grid was turned off). However, [i]Plants[/i] was more difficult as sometimes you had to reassemble something with 100 pieces. Here, if I'm not mistaken, we do not really go above 50. For some reason, as we make progress, the puzzles do not get more difficult - sometimes we get a picture with fewer pieces or just an artwork that is very easy to assemble because it is less abstract than the previous one was. I enjoy these papercut art gallery puzzles, but this (the third I've played) was not as engaging. A lot of puzzles had pieces that were too easy to insert, especially in the last puzzle. Other puzzles had me scratching my head a bit, and those I enjoyed. I came to expect beautiful artwork from these puzzles, but this game wasn't as eye-catching as the first two. Still, I do recommend it. It is relaxing, the music is calming and the puzzles are fun and clear. Hope they make more in the future.

This one has a person in every puzzle which differs from the other two games, some puzzles were a lot harder than in the other two games while others were easier than before. i would say the other two i preferred more for the art but this one more for the difficulty as i prefer puzzles that have me scratching my head and wondering how it all fits together. still banger game as the other two. the mechanics are smooth as always and there was no bugs i encountered. game is worth the price very much so if you enjoy casual puzzles and short sessions of play :))

It was decent

A puzzle with colourful designs and relaxing music! The game has 32 designs, each with more pieces than the previous one. The largest has fewer than 100 pieces. In the case of a classic jigsaw puzzle, it would be reserved for children, but this is papercutting, and that makes all the difference. You build the image blindly, with only the final shape of the drawing to help you. The series currently has three games: Nature - Growth - Nature II. They all have the same mechanics and it takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete each game. Personally, I'm not really fan of the drawings in this one because they are more focused on humans rather than nature.
