Best game I've ever played. RIP Arkane. Hopefully we'll see something similar from the same people in the future under a different company name.
my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc stopped working because of how good this game is
Its got its bugs, but ya can't have a secret garden of content like this without em.
Really fun
best game i've played in a while. i really like it
Prey is soooooo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good. I think it's an absolute masterpiece in the immersive sim genre, and probably Arkane Studios' magnum opus. Initially, I picked it up expecting something like Bioshock, but the depth of the gameplay and story was far deeper than I had expected. In basically every part of the game, from combat encounters to hacking a computer. there are always probably at least three ways to solve a problem. For example, At one point in the game, you have to shut off Talos I's fusion reactor and restart it in order to reboot the station's computer system. After restarting it, you have to replace a broken piece of the reactor. There are several ways of doing this: you can find a replacement part in the general area around the reactor behind a locked door, explore the area to find the part in a hidden area, or fix the broken part yourself if your character is skilled enough in repair to do so. All of the characters in the game are accounted for by the environment of Talos I, and feel like real people. Every corpse you encounter on the station has a designated workplace somewhere in the station, a bunk, a computer, etc. For a game that performed very poorly at its launch …
