On the western part of the Stivale Peninsula lies the small kingdom of Tolinia. Their princess, Erica, senses the danger to her kingdom, as the peninsula's city-states fall under the influence of a powerful, modernized country.
Seeing this as the potential end of the peninsula's independence, Erica decides to fight for Stivale's dignity.

This fix can also be used on other RPG Maker games that have this problem, the publisher/developers will never try to fix it themselves or admit it is a problem. The game has decent story involving geopolitics. Since I dont particularly into this thing, I take my time to understand the story (well not 100%). Somewhere along the story, they manage to put some humors dialogue which make me chuckles a bit. Overall, I learnt 2 things: 1) Negotiation can be done "peacefully" 2) It is not diplomacy, but it is "sexplomacy" Great game.1 found this helpful
The pitch meeting for this game went: "Okay, we will do a rather faithful retelling of the italian independence/unification wars. But with Viktor Emanuel II. as a fox-princess, Napoleon the III. as a furry catboy, Franz II. as a burly lion-man, Giuseppe Garibaldi as a white-haired elf, Emperor Franz-Joseph as a spoiled princess with a unicorn and Fieldmarshall Radetsky as a half-naked woman. We are also going to add a lot of anime tropes and copious amouts of s_x. But we have to keep in that the course for the unification movment where heavy wartaxes by austrian-hungary especially to farmers, the question about the popes position in the new unified state has to be a major concern and the importance of the begining industrialisation and the rise of big corporations." Someones history-degree was used well. The game is rather average, but knowing a bit about italian and european history in 1848-1870 turns this into the hight of comedy.
