the simulation has terrible collision detection, wich means that you will fight with your instruments to get anything done. on the other side, this is cool as ♥♥♥♥ and i want more simulations. still, the core of this simulation is deeply flawed and make this a pretty frustrating experiance, maybe something simplified(like scripted cutting lines) or better skin physics would help this alot.

Instead of being a game, PST VR (Primary Surgical Treatment) is a software application that pretends to be an educational tool, except it's done by a bunch of non-qualified "medical" software developers in Russia. If you took anything you learned from this and tried to apply it in the real world, you'd almost certainly cause significant harm to the victim... publishing this Russian garbage on Steam as if it's genuine educational software is incredibly dangerous and potentially harmful. For those unfamiliar with what actually makes something a game, a "game loop" describes the interaction and feedback a gamer has when playing a game. Tetris, for example, has a game loop where a random block appears, the gamer interacts with the block to position it, and then the game decides if that finishes a row or not, increases the players score if any rows were completed, then gives the gamer another block to position.
