A great story about rabbits.14 found this helpful
This game is effectively just a dime-a-dozen low-effort, low-quality Unreal Engine game with barely any substance to it besides completing it in one single playsession. It only took me nearly two hours to complete the whole thing and all I got out of it was a generic love-life story, I'm really not sure what to think about this game as a whole. And the controls suck, too. Sure, you can hold the mouse button to move, but the movement as a whole is pretty much just Roblox's "click-to-move," only worse. You'll understand why after you go on your way to beat the secret level after getting all the carrots. Not sure why you'd wanna do that, though. This game is so short that I managed to beat the game and get all six, counting; SIX, achievements with five trading card drops remaining somehow. Honestly, I'm not very impressed at the presentation here. If you want a more worthwhile experience with a similar plotline, there are plenty of decent games to go by.2 found this helpful
Rabbit Story is an indie adventure developed and published by Slava Bushuev that tells an emotionally driven tale through a cast of charming anthropomorphic characters. While its colorful visuals and gentle presentation may initially suggest a lighthearted journey suitable for all ages, the game gradually unfolds into a more thoughtful narrative centered on friendship, regret, forgiveness, and the emotional consequences of seemingly ordinary mistakes. Rather than emphasizing action or difficult gameplay, Rabbit Story invites players to experience a heartfelt adventure where the story remains the primary focus from beginning to end. The narrative begins with Rabbit accidentally forgetting Kitty's birthday, an innocent oversight that unexpectedly changes the course of both characters' lives. Kitty's disappointment creates emotional distance between them, leaving Rabbit to deal with feelings of guilt and loneliness as he continues his journey. Along the way, he encounters Doggy, who becomes an important companion, adding another layer to the story before Rabbit eventually faces Kitty once again. Although the premise is simple, the game effectively explores themes of broken relationsh…
Some questions are left unanswered, but it is really cute, characters and visuals, and the difficulty is fair. 8/10
Edit: The things here are waaay more complicated than “why this and why not that”. Like a bunch of gears working out of pace until everything fall apart. One can realize it soon, and other long after.
Graphic are cute and the music is amazing but this game is definitely lacking story and better playablity. The story almost sounds AI generated and ends very abruptly without giving you any type of feeling of completion. The characters have no personality whatsoever. I was also annoyed that there wasn't an option to sprint or run. I feel like controller gameplay could help too. Also it's lacking a map, tutorial, and some type of guidance on where to go next. I thought I was going to call it quits in the snow place. Overall there is potential here but it really needs a good rework. I hope the devs learn from this and create even better amazing games.
The game was nice and short, I liked it. It's exactly what you may see in the trailer.
