Rebel Galaxy

I prefer this over Everspace personally, the weight of the spaceships make fights feel impactful, I played this all the way back in 2015 on my PS4. I highly recommend this game if you want a space cowboy wild wests feel in your spaceship shooter. I use to do a hit and run build because you could cheese fights, I feel like trying maybe a more heavier build this time.

Played over 12 hours, and now my save state is gone. I start the game and it says new game. My settings were reset as well. Apparently, this is an old problem that looks like never got addressed. I can't recommend this to people if the game is just going to screw you over whenever it wants.

Just finished the storyline. Totally enjoyed the game! Recommend.

Eh. Feels very sluggish, which I'd be okay with if the combat felt less... Plodding?

Ok game, combat was pretty enjoyable. Story was pretty good too. Once I hit the point where grind profit to buy my next gun or ship it became a slog. Buy low, sell high, space capitalism! Figuring out where to even find places to sell stuff and then flying all the way there to find the price had dropped. So pretty good, but not good enough to make me fight through to follow the story.

Damn the torpedoes (er, missiles)!! And Full Speed Ahead Matey, but watch out for the broadsides. Buy low, sell high!....and take no prisoners!
