About Red Wings: Aces of the Sky
Dive into intense WWI dogfighting with arcade action, stylized 3D visuals, and the legendary story of the Red Baron across 50 campaign missions and 12 customizable warplanes. Battle solo or with a friend in local co-op and versus modes, upgrade your pilot skills, and test yourself against endless enemy waves in survival mode.

Play solo or with a friend in 2-player local multiplayer mode. Upgrade your pilot progression skill tree to improve your stats and aim for the best score.
Witness the birth, rise, and fall of the talented Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen—the best ace of the war, credited with 80 victories. Become a part of his squadron or lead the hunt to take him down in Story Mode with two separate campaigns (Triple Alliance or Triple Entente).

Key features:
- Play 50 story-driven campaign missions and relive the aerial combat of World War I (playable also in local multiplayer)
- Pilot 12 warplanes, each with their own unique skins—make your plane crackle with electricity, glow up the night sky with radioactive trails, and much more
- Fly with a friend in local split-screen co-op and get competitive in Versus Mode—fulfil objectives, battle each other, or play hide and seek in a Hide N' Seek match
- Challenge yourself in survival mode—fight off enemy waves, take down balloons and giant Zeppelins, or test your skills in timed missions
For the best gaming experience, we recommend playing with a gamepad/controller.

The arcade-style dogfights are fun for a while, and the comic book presentation gives it some personality. Unfortunately, the missions start to repeat themselves, and combat doesn't really evolve as you progress. It's entertaining in short sessions but runs out of steam pretty quickly.6 found this helpful
Thumbs up because not many of these games are out there. But it is somewhat repetitive in mission. There are 3 times of missions. Shot down things, maneuver through circles, and bomb things. The last two are boring, and the first is fun for a while, but it starts to feel very repetitive later.3 found this helpful
this is fun game , also has great graphic. but one of problem is , the story line is very short so i finished under 5 hour..but generally good game in this class1 found this helpful
Red Wings deserves a mixed review and I only recommend purchasing during deep discounts ($2) due to the following despite the entertainment and challenge the content simplicity can bring.
Keyboard Disclaimer & Broken elements
The devs recommend playing with a gamepad, this is seconded by first hand experience due to frustrating keyboard controls, unfinished & inaccurate keyboard prompts and a UI/UX built around gamepad with no mouse functionality. Your mouse is all but pointless while playing, as no gameplay/menu element benefits from its use, even something simple as audio adjustment fails, on top of that potential nitpick is that menus will seemingly forget their own keybinds with extended play by replacing all menu prompts with the exact same input.
Missions, Game-modes & Story
As for content there are two Story campaigns both set during WW1, the Triple Entente & the Triple Alliance. The two campaigns are selectable at any time with a set of 50 missions split between them. Missions all take place in high altitudes and include dog fights, bombing runs and time trials.

Dog fights have varying sub objectives as you progress ranging from …
