Rhythm Katana Dance

1. BPM is not a fixed value, some songs have varying BPM. 2. The songs provided in the game are NOT synced properly to the gameplay. 3. The gameplay itself isn't rewarding enough, you do not get many points for rythmkills, only for beating the level as fast as you can. If the enemies respawned, that could also fix the problem. 4. There are many bugs, like the fact that your score stays at B on one level even when scoring higher. 5. Only the last score is taken into account, it should be the best score and maybe even providing a numeric value. This game is extremely unfinished and I hate that it has become the norm for indie game developers, encouraging releases like these, it's as if they had forgotten to do their studying before a test, used ChatGPT to vibecode it and still got rewarded for it. AAA game studios can afford releasing unfinished games and then working on it after release, can you?

I really like the game, my only wish is: FLAC songs. My songs are 95% are in FLAC format, i have a lot (around ~1200 songs) it would take a long time to convert them.

absolutely great game: love the gameplay, love the graphics, love the boss (he's basically the embodiment of corporate dynamics ngl), but I have one problem with it: the custom music thing absolutely refuses to work. I don't know if that's just me or what, but it is detrimentally unhappy with my attempts to use it. That's my only issue with it though, so it gets a 9/10 in my books

This game is pretty fun in standard mode, the dashing and visuals is addicting but RHYTHM MODE IS HARD AF. Again, this review is only meant for that difficulty, outside of that the game I'd recommend. First I understand it I chose this but sometimes the mode is strictly unfair and it's because of two main reasons: - One of the bots is invulnerable to slashes and you can only deflect to kill it which wouldn't be a probably but they take 3 WHOLE seconds to shoot WHILE your health is constantly being drained. They also ruin the flow of combos. There are several times when this type is the nearest one from me and I just gotta pause while I'm actively dying - Another bot shoots out rapidly although with minimal damage but has high aim. Again, isn't that much of a problem- IF IT WEREN'T SHOOTING FROM ACROSS THE MAP. Again it's not Impossible. But each level I'm fighting for my life trying to kill a bot so I can stay alive, and I have to be absolutely perfect in timing because one mistake I'm dead. It really could be a skill issue then...ok. But a satisfying solution would be to nerf the range of the bots or set an increased amount of time from when they activate so the player …

Although i dont have allot of hours on this game mostly because i play oflline this game is awesome, dashing at mach 10 and mowing through a billion guys whilst spamming my mouse is epic. Anyone saying this is just a worse verson of ultrakill clearly has never played ultrakill. sword ≠ guns
