About Ruckus Ridge VR Party

Ruckus Ridge is the first local-multiplayer mini-game tournament built for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive that pits 1 VR player against up to 3 friends in simultaneous combat. Duking it out in a series of 1 vs. 3 and Free for All mini-games, players take turns in the VR headset while the others use regular controllers to play. Players score points by winning minigames and the player with the most points at the end of the tournament takes the victory!

Don’t have extra controllers? No problem! Download our free gamepad app and play, no strings attached!

Inspired by classic local-multiplayer games like “Mario Party,” “Fuzion Frenzy,” and “Hidden in Plain Sight,” Ruckus Ridge comes loaded with enough tension-filled mini-game action to put callouses on those delicate baby hands of yours.

FEATURES:
Ruckus Ridge features a variety of minigames, maps, and characters, all built exclusively for VR. The underlying tension of each mini-game is that couch players need to accomplish objectives in the environment while the VR player attempts to disrupt them. Couch players cooperate or compete to achieve victory, and the dynamic between couch players and VR players allows for endless strategic possibilities. Make enemies or alliances… It’s all up to you...

“Ruckus Ridge” is available to all Oculus Rift and HTC Vive owners in April 2016.

Ruckus Ridge has been featured in UploadVR, VR Focus, The VR Experts, VR Nerds, Real O Virtual, VR Guru, and ARVR Magazine.

I could not play the multiplayer on this game as it is bugged. People playing on wireless xbox 360 controllers via the official mictosoft connector could not join the game making it unplayable for me. Be aware that the company who made this game no longer update it or fix any bugs. The email address to send bug reports to no longer exists, so if you want a playable game I suggest you do not buy this game. Got a refund.

Don't buy this game, it is waste of money. This game is dead and support is not available. Steam Support does not support this game and Foreignvr can't be reachable. Also foreignvr website is dead. The game does not open on my VIVE headset and i can't take support about it. Steam must be delete this game or give support instead of foreignvr. My money went to waste. Don't make the same mistake!!

No further development is being poured into this game and i think the controller support should have been ironed out more. also it should have supported 4 controllers and 1 vr

Whenever I show off the headset, this always gets thrown into the mix. This is a great game to ease others into VR. Sure, it's not the most polished VR game out there, and it's a one trick pony. I wouldn't play it with less than 3 people. But, that said, it is really good at what it does.

That is quite terrible. Maybe if you are high as a kite and bought it for 2$ you will enjoy it

This is a party game. Not one or two players. You need at least another two players on controllers while you play to be a challenge. Levels are short and each have a different way to win and strategies to win. My problem with the party games like this is that you need to swap the headset too much. The levels could be longer to account for that.
