The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary criminal fraternity with pawns in play all over the globe, has turned its eye on the Saints and demands tribute.

If you’ve never played this game, or even never played a Saints Row game at all, this game is definitely worth the asking price of around $30 (or wait till it $2). You’ll get your money’s worth in terms of content, with the main story being accompanied by a slew of hilarious side quests and three zany DLC stories. In terms of drawbacks, the lip-syncing in the cutscenes can occasionally be off, however this is few and far between. More annoyingly, there was a couple of times during missions where I would find myself glitched and unable to move due to being blasted into somewhere I shouldn’t by a crazy explosion. Again, this was still a very rare occurrence. Overall, the game is definitely worth your time and money, and is packed with memorable moments and OTT set-pieces while also not taking itself too seriously. This is a good remaster, i enjoy the graphics, and it's allot more stable and smoother than the original. I think this is the best way to expirience this gem.1 found this helpful
In short - Play classic. The "Remastered" version is a joke, the only difference is better quality of textures, but what's underneath is horrible. They somehow managed to break most of the missions, introduce more bugs, make characters more ugly and with less expressions. They literally has shown with this remaster what kind of garbage will be reboot. The game freezes, glitches out, has constant de-sync if you play coop, constant disconnects or crashes when playing coop. Vehicles can spawn in front of you or there are almost no vehicles. Insurance Fraud is broken, they “fixed” ragdoll therefore you can fly anymore to get good points easily, cars now suddenly stop, peds leave cars in front of the road, they stop on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ red light and there are noticeably less cars than in classic. The driving missions with Molotov, TIger, Escort have such heavy desync that I had cars in different places that my coop partner had and we were losing a lot of time because of that. Brutes warp to you, or hit you behind walls, spawn are not nice and hidden - literally in front of you. Solid game!
This game is mad fun. Even though some missions get repetitive at times it still can't take away from the chaotic gameplay and funny story. It also might be glitchy as hell, but it makes it more fun to play with a buddy, especially when you get to watch them fly across the entire city of Steelport after a random vehicle spawns in and blows up.
evrything was great i didnt care for it though. finished it and enjoyed it
