学園迷宮 | School Corridor is a short first-person psychological horror game that turns an abandoned school into an unnerving test of memory and observation. Developed and published by 学園迷宮制作員会, also rendered as the School Labyrinth Creation Committee, the game follows the increasingly familiar anomaly-detection formula while giving it an appropriately unsettling educational setting. Instead of relying on complex combat, inventory management, or traditional survival mechanics, it asks players to study their surroundings, recognize changes, and make the correct decision as they attempt to escape a seemingly endless series of corridors. The premise begins with the protagonist entering an abandoned school as part of a test of courage. What should have been a relatively straightforward exploration quickly becomes something supernatural when the school refuses to provide an obvious way out. Corridors appear to repeat themselves, creating the impression that the character has become trapped inside an impossible architectural loop. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. It's disappointing to see Japan jumping on the asset kitbash + AI slop bandwagon, given the traditional cultural fascination with authenticity, so this brings dishonour on the whole country. This is a badly slapped together "horror" tech demo about the developers fear of having to go near a girl at school or something... but seriously someone watched too much of The Ring and hacked out an Unreal based school version of it. But with AI Slop. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets…

A fun little anomaly game but it's all in Japanese.
