Shadow Man Remastered

World is cool atmosphere is good graphics with special k hdr is kinda bonkers and clear at 4k combat isn't bad i don't think i could recommend it to many people the lack of knowing what to do and where to go is kinda tedious and easy to get lost. You have the teddy bear that helps you see level's and "quest" but said things needing done in the level seems up to you to find out. Unlocking tons of short cuts and opening a level up almost fully didn't help me know how to get back to the boss i just tried to fight. Lost the patience of running in circles , skill issue w/e Was cool to see this game though i remember it on N64 and wasn't allowed to play it as a kid, i probably would have beat it if i played it then.

Great classic

Action-adventure Dark Souls but you are a supernatural demon hunting voodoo priest with a gun that can travel from the Bayou to the world of the dead to kill zombies and demons. It's gory af, it's death metal. The sound and environment design is crazy good, you can hear like some chains in the wind, babies crying, people screaming, mental psychological weird sh*t keeps going on like the maps are sometimes really big but something they cram you in small corridors labyrinths that feel completely suffocating. The main character is awesome, he looks like Blade if he was played by Samuel L Jackson, he's dating a hot babe that looks like Cleopatra. Idk if that does not look like a good time to you go get your head checked. It's insanely badass. Just get it.

legendary voice actor Redd Pepper killed it in his performance for this game. I remember playing this waaay back in the 1990s as a child and being freaked out and amazed at the same time I never got to finish it but this game has always held a special place in my memories. Nightdive studios did a great job remastering such an old game. I hope I some day I get to finish this game. "the horror the horror I embrace it"

I played a whole lot of different games, but Shadow Man is still my favorite of all time. The music is sensational, unsettling and I used to listen to the music to fall asleep about 15 years ago (yeah I'm weird). The Remaster has places we didn't have in the original Version and it's honestly so cool to get these extras. I got all dark souls, almost all cadeaux (which is a pain in the a) and there is a door behind the max level gate, that I couldn't enter yet, but got spoilers when I wanted to know if it's a bug (I won't give that spoiler here). Apparently there is also a way higher difficulty and new game+ you can do after completing it normally for the first time, so it definitely has replay value. The fact that Jack the Ripper really existed and knowing the backstory makes that part especially unsettling and I named myself back then after "Avery Marx", which is another "Mini-Boss" and probably the most creepy one in the entire game. If you played the game back then and think you saw everything - Quite a bit changed and quite a bit of new things were added in the Remaster that are 100% worth getting this one as well.
