We follow the story of Lady Cornelia Darkmoor, a beguiling young aristocrat who masquerades as the notorious highwaywoman, Shadowhand. Fleeing a crime scene and forced to act under the cover of darkness, Shadowhand's mission to safeguard a woman she holds dear leads to a web of corruption, smuggling and blackmail. 
Your fortune and freedom are at stake! Combining an historical visual novel narrative with a card-driven RPG, Shadowhand's story spans 22 chapters of atmospheric locations including stormy coastlines, mysterious woods and gloomy manors. Featuring over 150 levels of elegant and intense single-player card action, players must dodge the law and brawl with outlaws in turn-based combat, gaining abilities to customize their character and collect new weapons, gear and loot.

Excellent. The same quality of execution as Regency Solitaire and Jewel Match Solitaire Fantasy. Three games that are different in their own way, but which, in my opinion, showcase the best of this solitaire series developed by Grey Alien Games.1 found this helpful

[b]Score:[/b] ★★☆☆☆ [b]Played on Steam Deck:[/b] No. [b]Tags:[/b] Solitaire, Card RPG, Casual Strategy [b]Game Review:[/b] [i]Shadowhand[/i] starts with a promising idea: a solitaire-style RPG set in 18th-century England with equipment, progression, and duel-based combat layered over the card play. That promise does not last long. It quickly reveals itself as a patience test wearing a purple dinosaur costume. The game is mostly a polished excuse to let RNG determine whether you get to play or just sit there and lose. That is the problem. Not randomness itself, but how little else is left once it takes over. Draw order, enemy modifiers, locked boards, and clumsy board states can undo good play without apology. You can understand the system, make the right calls, and still get buried because the deck decided this run was not happening. The presentation is no better in practice. Cards are rotated, layered, and arranged like the interface was designed to be admired, not used. It looks elegant until you actually need to read it. Worse, the game keeps stretching. Chapters overstay, mechanics barely evolve, and too much of the runtime feels like filler wrapped around a thin idea that…
