About Skyling: Garden Defense

Skyling: Garden Defense is a 2D, isometric maze game that blends classic arcade-style game play with a lighthearted world of blooming plants, colorful monsters and sleepy cats.

Touch every square in the maze without being caught by a monster to rescue the garden. Use elevators, gates, switches and sleeping cats to your advantage! Pick up and drop garden cats to open new maze paths, block monsters, and make a hasty escape.

Sound simple? Skyling may look like a casual game on the surface, but each of the 30 puzzling levels is harder than the last. You'll need all your old-school arcade skills to survive.

Inspired by classics like Pac-Man, Q*Bert and Crystal Castles, Skyling: Garden Defense is a challenging, addictive maze game for all ages.
 • 30 gardens to rescue
 • A variety of unique, adorable monsters
 • Simple and intuitive game play
 • Mouse, keyboard and gamepad controls supported
 • Three star scoring system to challenge skilled players
Skyling Garden Defense - A Charming Tower Defense Game for All Ages
Skyling Garden Defense is a charming tower defense game that offers hours of fun and entertainment for players of all ages. Developed by Mighty Studios, this game is a must-play for anyone who loves tower defense games and wants to experience a game that is both challenging and enjoyable. The game's storyline is simple yet engaging. You play as a young gardener named Bloom who is tasked with protecting her garden from an army of pests. The game features several levels, each with its own set of challenges and enemies. As you progress through the game, you'll unlock new weapons and abilities that will help you defend your garden against increasingly difficult waves of enemies. The gameplay in Skyling Garden Defense is easy to learn but difficult to master. The game's mechanics are straightforward, but the levels require strategic planning and critical thinking to succeed. The game's controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to place towers and move around the map. One of the things that make Skyling Garden Defense stand out is its charming graphics and art style. The game's world is vividly …

It is a fun game but it requires an active Steam connection to launch. The game froze when Steam disconnected (even though my internet was still working for everything else). I closed the game and relaunched it... It then gave me a message to reconnect to Steam and then relaunch the game. There was no warning on it's store page that an active Steam internet connection is required to run the game. Refunded.

I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of y…

I think it would've been more fun if they'd chosen between a stronger puzzle aspect or given the player more resources to deal with the enemies. The isometric view + controls are challenging enough: I lost far too many times because I accidentally went the wrong direction and a single mistake can be fatal. The movement feels unforgiving - encounters you'd hope would be a close call will almost certainly result in a loss. The enemies being able to mob the player instead of following a pattern is another annoyance. Shame, because the premise is good and the early levels are fun.
