Mushrooms are trying to take over the world, will a lone samurai be able to overcome the threat of mushrooms filling the world?Slashboy is a classic arcade game, the main goal of which is to score as many points as possible by destroying mushrooms. You play as a samurai who can jump from wall to wall. Everyone who gets under the blade on the way will be exterminated. The more damage is done to the mushrooms, the more points will be received.The runs are fast and last for 10-15 minutes, and the screen is adaptable to different screens (including manual scaling), which allows you to launch the game during boring calls, or to pass a little time while waiting.Main features:
- Character movement 360 degrees. Limitations - only walls, and a little mushrooms
- Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of metroidvania: several openable locations and unusual bosses are already waiting for battle
- More than 10 enemy variants, which can do nothing, or bruise the hero's sides or rob him
- Combine abilities in any order and almost any quantity, all abilities are used every few hits on enemies, meters passed or as soon as they are in the skill ring
- All abilities can be found at the level and subsequently improved
- Scalable difficulty system from the time of the game and open locations. For long runs
- Several game modes, including a dark mode
- A gambling system that allows you to get useful items at the expense of extra souls
- And, of course, the leaderboard! Fight against yourself and other players, beat your records!

An interesting concept but there's a lot of room for improvement. As of right now I'd say a game too hard and unfair-ish with enemy spawns. Will wait for new updates :p4 found this helpful
This is a fun mushroom killing game. I have no idea what kind of genre it is, because I'm not good at these kinds of games, but I enjoyed playing. Adding a leaderboard to track your ranking is a great idea. This increases the interest in getting more points. Good luck in cleaning up the planet!4 found this helpful
A fun and dynamic mushroom slicing game. Just the thing to kill a couple evenings. Interesting rune mechanics with the ability to craft new runes (although the mechanics may seem complicated for some players) I hope the developers in future updates will expand the lore and add a plot :32 found this helpful
Interesting project, minimalistic, with well-matched music, no bugs or glitches. There are difficulties with scaling and readability of fonts in the small window size, and it is difficult to perceive the work of seals and crafting. It would be nice to add training on how to work the seals. It's a good project to develop. Highly recommend to check it out!1 found this helpful
