About soul Interface
soul Interface is an evolution simulator / sandbox with functioning natural selection and space multiplayer. It provides multiple playstyles depending on which you prefer:Involved - You get to design organisms with soft bodies made of individual atoms and brains made up of neurons and neural networks. You program or train their behaviors to outeat, outgrow or hunt into extinction competing lifeforms. Eventually, you get to send out your most invasive organsims and duel with other players, trying to overtake their ecosystems with your species…Chill - You are tasked with growing and maintaining a virtual aquarium.
You will create safe, warm currents to grow digital jellyfish; architect growbeds for virtual seaweed; or safe hunting grounds for baby sharks. Select species of plants and predators that coexist well together… and watch your digital ecosystem flourish! All this wrapped in hand-programmed vector graphics, from an alternate reality 2000s. The game features full voiceacting and an atmospheric music score by our amazing composer, Geoffrey Guyer.
100 hr:
it is fun, but brutal, cold and uncaring at times. It hits all the right parts of my brain. if you like creating complex systems that have tendencies of going sideways this is for you.
700 hr:
700 hrs in still good sharing creatures added so much fun passing a creature back and forth making it better each time sometimes into a whole new niche I found that I can clone creatures from their chromosomes and make splinter delineations that way so much fun still recommend. I LOVE IT WHEN I AM SENT STUFF SEND ME CREATURES my identity pointer is 64328 love seeing new little critters! please send me your creatures if you get the chance.2 found this helpful
learning soul interface is definitely a confusing and clunky process, but this is one of the most beautiful games ive ever played. the aesthetics are fantastic, the sound design, music, narration, the fusion of analog control with a dream-like hypertactile digital world, it all contributes to a wonderful and cohesive vision. this is not only technically incredible as an evolution simulation, but its also a novel format of an art piece. i cant wait to put more hours in :D1 found this helpful
Honestly after playing for an amount of time, restarting many times, this game is so fun. I have hopefully fixed more bugs than I have broken.1 found this helpful

Incredible experimental A-Life simulation with MASSIVE potential and atmosphere to boot, the game's really complex to understand but is absolutely wroth giving a try if you're into this kind of thing. Will update with a better review soon
i have no clue what im doing or how anything works. 10/10. made a squid, let it train for 20 hours. smashed itself between the food ball and the breed ball. then it died.
