From the theme alone, you might feel it is a heavy game, but what first captures your heart is the heroines' "cuteness." In addition to the high-quality, soft anime-style art, the chibi illustrations inserted at key moments are also charming, and they moderately ease the unsettling atmosphere. The sprites' facial expressions and small gestures are detailed, and in between exploration that tends to stay tense, there are moments where you can breathe and feel relieved. The core of the game is a text-based puzzle where you build actions with words. By combining the nouns and verbs you obtain and making "what to do and how to do it" work as a sentence, the path opens. It is not just brute force; it is a casual, thinking-oriented style where you grasp and use clues depending on the situation, and consider word connections that seem likely to work. The more vocabulary you have, the more solution branches expand, and it is fun that even in the same situation you can try a different angle. The story is surprisingly good for a 4-6 hour game, the ending is fantastic too.
