About Split Personality Doctor: Prologue
A doctor in a small town suddenly gained the ability to shrink his body, so he shrunk his body into various patients' bodies and treated diseases by eliminating the virus in the patients' bodies.
- Dominating Summon Combat: Although the Doctor himself has some attack ability, he mainly needs to fight through summons.
- Cooperate with summons to trigger skills.
- Each summon has its own special attack mode, which can be upgraded and synthesized to create a more powerful summon.
- The Doctor can choose a base weapon, and different summons will activate different characteristics of the weapon, such as ejection, explosion, burning, freezing, etc.

"Split Personality Doctor: Prologue" is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Split Personality Doctor". Split Personality Doctor is basically a thematic ripoff of the film "Fantastic Voyage" (1963). It's a twin stick pixelcrap shooter where you shrink down and shoot stuff inside patients bodies. Yeah, imagine ripping off someone else's entire concept but turning it badly into a twin stick shooter instead of doing something worthwhile with it. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Split Personality Doctor, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch the advertising. It's impossible in a general sense to recommend people should do that over playing real, full games on Steam, and that applies here with "Split Personality Doctor: Prologue" too. Why would my 16 year old patient that I entered and NOT my robot nurse be explaining the game to me? The gameplay itself is thematically completely unrelated to the random pixel art anime girls too, and it's just a boring game overall. Just play Wedding Witch.
