About Square Jump
Have you been looking for a simple game where you are a cube and want to jump on different things? Square Jump is perfect! You are a square that must get as far as possible from the destination, or the finish line, without dying or falling into traps. There are 2 types of enemies, the black square and the red square. The black square has no gravity and you can't kill it, but the red square has gravity and you can kill it if you jump on it.The buttons are colored according to the doors, and if you press them, the doors will open. Just like the boxes, if you put them in the colored areas according to the same color, you will be able to open other doors. There are a lot of levels, but also achievements waiting for you to complete them all!Enjoy!

This game is GENUINELY awesome. I am not exaggerating either, sure it doesn't have music or real graphics (unless you count a bunch of squares and triangles), but with those limitations it can only rely on the strength of it's gameplay and it does a great job at that. It's hard, but never unfair. It doesn't hold your hand either, it gives basic instructions and leaves it at that. I also love how the difficulty is based on time rather than collectables, encouraging the player to try levels again and again until completion similar to what pizza tower does. Not saying it's as good, but for a free game it's really fun!3 found this helpful
Once I got over the fact that a square can somehow slide off of other squares, I actually mostly had fun with the game and learning the speedrun tactics to get the stars. However, it's very suspicious that all the levels are beatable and all the times are achievable, and yet at no point in supposedly playtesting the game, did the dev or players say hey, it's really freaking annoying having to move my hand over to the mouse every freaking time I die. Games have had hotkeys for restart/next level for decades, come on. Only the godliest of gamers are playing this one handed. Oh, and again, it's 100 hours of FOCUSED idle to 100% this game, when it could have just been something difficult but relevant like get all the stars in the free levels. (Glad I don't have to do that though.) Thankfully, only one DLC is required. Overall the game is free and it's enjoyable, but there are enough annoyances that I'll give it a soft not recommended. Oh, except level 23. I don't know how I managed to pass that, the hitbox on the platform desperately needs to get fixed.1 found this helpful
