Super Arter is an excellent game. It has a retro style reminiscent of a recent past of old games. It's exciting because Arter has to search for the key, turning each stage into an anticipation due to the puzzle aspect of the game being a real brain teaser. I was very delighted by the game because it activates memory retention well. Congratulations to the creator. I recommend Super Arter to anyone who enjoys this style of game.

Hi everyone! I’d like to share my experience with Super Arter. I had the displeasure of playing the game and did not follow follow its development closely. I was not impressed with what was delivered, especially considering it’s the work of an independent developer. The game is not homage to classic 2D titles from the 80s and 90s, offering a horrible and jarring experience. The game tests your patience in a horrible, that is bad game design. The atmosphere, soundtrack, and level design does not bring back memories of an era where every level completed felt like a real accomplishment. Additionally, I’ve seen firsthand how uncommitted the developer is to improving the game. He’s not open to feedback and is not actively working on updates, which speaks volumes about his laziness. Fortunately, I recently came across a review that seemed fair. It gave the impression that the goal was to discourage others from trying the game which I suport, I believe Super Arter deserves to be judged for what it truly is: a horrible tribute to classic platformers and proof that independent developers can create something unique, even with limited resources. I strongly discourage anyone who enjoys cl…

A super fun side scroller puzzle game! The puzzles seem easy at the beggining and improve it's challenges as you advance in it's stage with different mechanics for e world! The art seem simple, but very appeasing for the eyes with it's own uniqueness for each stage. All in all a fun game to spend the time on!

Super Arter, developed and published by Atuate, is a compact yet carefully crafted indie puzzle-platformer that draws heavily from classic 2D design philosophies while presenting them with modern polish and restraint. It is a game that thrives on clarity of purpose: each level is a self-contained challenge built around movement, timing, and logical problem-solving, asking the player to think before acting rather than simply reacting on reflex. While its scope is modest, the experience is tightly focused and confident in what it sets out to achieve. The core structure of Super Arter revolves around a simple but effective objective loop. In every stage, the player must navigate a contained environment, overcome hazards and enemies, retrieve a key, and safely deliver it to the exit. This structure echoes classic puzzle-platformers, but the execution ensures it never feels mechanical or rote. Levels are designed to gradually introduce new mechanics and then recombine them in increasingly demanding ways, ensuring that progress always feels earned through understanding rather than brute repetition. Platforming is precise and responsive, forming the backbone of the experience. Jump arcs…

Hey everyone, Here’s my experience with Super Arter. I had the misfortune of playing the game and even kept an eye on its development. I was honestly disappointed with what was delivered, especially since it’s just the work of an independent developer. The game is anything but a heartfelt homage to classic 2D titles from the 80s and 90s, instead offering a frustrating and uninspired experience. Sure, there are moments that will test your patience, but not in a good way. They’re tedious and make the game feel like a chore rather than a challenge. The atmosphere, soundtrack, and level design fail to capture any nostalgia and instead remind you why some eras are better left in the past. From what I’ve seen, the developer isn’t particularly committed to improving the game. He seems closed off to meaningful feedback and updates feel sluggish, which says a lot about his lack of dedication to the community. Recently, I came across a review that was glowing and overly generous. It felt like its purpose was to trick others into trying the game. While everyone’s entitled to their opinion, I think Super Arter should be judged for what it really is: a clumsy attempt at copying classic platf…

I want to preface what I'm about to say with this: I understand just how difficult and time-consuming game dev is. Anyone who can fully complete and publish a game is incredibly dedicated to the craft. Even more so with this game, seeing how inspired it is. This isn't some shovelware slop churned out with free assets in a week — it clearly took months, maybe years of work to get fully completed, probably while juggling a full-time job. All this being said, Super Arter is a bold, experimental, and unapologetically challenging experience. There are many aspects of this game that make it stand out from typical platformers. It’s cryptic, demanding, and designed with a very specific audience in mind — those who thrive on trial-and-error gameplay and love dissecting tough mechanics. It’s not afraid to push players to their limits. Giant leaps of faith, instant projectiles, and puzzle loops that require precision and memory — these aren’t flaws for some, they’re features. The game doesn’t hold your hand, and that’s part of its identity. Enemy behavior is unpredictable and fast-paced. Penguin? Slides toward you instantly — a surprise that teaches you to stay alert. Boss 2’s ground attac…
