A short free to play VN with a light story featuring LGBTQ+ elements. The game does not contain any adult content and can be finished in about 20 to 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this to fans of AVN's but if you wanted a safe-for-work lunch break then maybe give this one a shot as it is free to play, otherwise you can simply try real anime AVN's.

Note: I played this game on the original 64GB Steam Deck. I experienced no performance issues and used the right touchpad to play the game; occasionally utilising the touchscreen for minigames. OMG THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!! From the beautiful portraits and illustrations, right down to the professional voice acting of certain lines... Sweet Valentine Chocolatier is a free, short romancing Visual Novel that's not to be missed! The dialogue is at once funny and silly, while being grounded enough to not feel excessive. The game loves it's humour but doesn't allow it to drown out the emotional elements, creating a light tone that can still pull your heartstrings. The player customisation, while not an element I personally seek out in Visual Novels, is amazingly well implemented. There are lots of options for masc and femme presentations. If you've played the game High Times, this is definitely on par with that game's amazing customisation options! Oh, and I MUST thnak the developers for allowing routes regardless of character presentation! Probably one of my favourite VNs I have played in a long time! A sweet story with some of the cutest characters I have ever met! From the rich story to how the characters interact with one another. Sweet Valentine Chocolatier made me kick my feet SO many times for how cute this game is! ALSO the mini games were so super cute!!

Sweet Valentine Chocolatier is a cozy romance visual novel built around an appropriately charming combination of handmade chocolates, seasonal festivities, and unexpected confessions. The story places the player in the role of a chocolatier whose shop becomes particularly busy during the Spring Festival. Managing an influx of orders would already be enough to keep anyone occupied, but the protagonist also discovers that several people in their life have developed romantic feelings for them. What follows is a lighthearted journey through work, friendship, dating, and the decisions that determine which relationship ultimately develops. There's an audience. I am not that.

My friend (a bisexual guy) and me (an AroAce person) spent THREE HOURS!!! playing through Jordan's route of this game just to see his nipples because they were mentioned in his character description on the Steam page. Like that's the entire reason I even downloaded this game. No nipples, visual description does NOTHING for me, felt clickbaited. Mini games were lacking too. Also a lot of the dialogue felt very cringey because we read it out loud so we got tortured for nothing. We pushed through the torture just to see Jordan's nipples and instead we got a generic confession and kind of suggestive kissing scene. Would not recommend unless you're into that :D
