About SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada

✦ AI summary

Venture onto a toxic surface ravaged by alien creatures to harvest rare crystals while piloting customizable mechas and relying on your AI partner to survive against deadly hazards and rival scavengers. Team up with your personalized Magus companion and upgrade your CRADLECOFFIN to tackle increasingly dangerous expeditions in this post-apocalyptic extraction shooter where one mistake costs you everything.

SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada takes place in 2222, years after a mysterious poisonous rain called The Tears of the New Moon wiped out most of humanity and birthed deformed creatures that now hunt the population. Amidst the calamity, humans are forced to build an underground haven to survive.

Take on the role of a Drifter whose goal is to collect the rare resource known as AO Crystals. In your quest, you must collaborate with your artificial intelligence partner to face xenomorphic creatures known as Enders and survive the hazards on the surface.

SURVIVE THE SURFACE

Rise from the underground to a surface world infested with hostile Enders, toxic rains, and other enemies, as you fight to loot for resources. Ride your CRADLECOFFIN, cooperate with your Magus, and stay alert around other players. One false move is all it takes to lose both your mecha and precious supplies, left to be scavenged by the remaining survivors.

THE MAGUS - YOUR PERSONAL PARTNER TO KEEP

This humanoid AI supports in exploration, scavenging, and combat. Each model type has a different personality, and its appearance can be extensively customized. They operate by giving tailored feedback on the objective based on analysis of your previous performance in sorties so you don’t make the same mistakes twice. Keep them close, as Magus can also unleash unique abilities when you are in a tough spot!

THE CRADLECOFFIN - YOUR VEHICLE TO RIDE

The CRADLECOFFIN is an all-weather bipod developed for the harsh terrain of the surface. Each mecha has a different endurance level, load capacity, operation time, and can be further customized with many body parts and weapons to suit each sortie and try new playstyles. Craft new parts by collecting resources and upgrading the garage and discover how powerful a CRADLECOFFIN can become!

1. "repair limits" in a pay to play game. 2. "premium currency" in order to skip in game base upgrade timers in a pay to play game. 3. Most cosmetics that are not a basic T-shirt are locked behind premium currency. 4. Got the game for 3 dollars, but the lack of content alone should make it a crime for selling the game at 40$. 5. Arbitrary timer to make you extract so you don't realize how small the maps really are for mechs. 6. Wait 50+ Minutes for a base upgrade to finish like this is some free to play mobile game.

I'd be one to root for this game the most I can just due to the mechas and TPS combat style. However, seeing how the game was released, I avoided it until recently when it went on -95% sale. And honestly, it might only be worth that much at best... This game has several issues, starting with an identity crisis. It's an extraction shooter with heavy focus on PvP, it might even have actual PvP if not for the world being virtually dead, I can only assume someone still plays in new areas. Even if the player count on the steam chart is just around 100. However You can not expect this game to give you any challenging PvE content despite being a PvPvE game. Not only are enemies weak, they are powered but the dumbest AI i've seen in years. But where's the identity crisis in this? It lays in game focusing overly on being played like an old mobile free to play title! You get a base, cute companion, you go on a mission to get cash and material, you upgrade stuff, repeat. It even includes real time counters for waiting until stuff is built that can go over 50 minutes! The only good part is that they can be skipped with low amounts of in-game money. However since it plays like an old f2p mobi…

This game is a proper representation of the Synduality universe. It being an online game requires a constant connection to the game's server. Disconnect or have a bad connection, your game will be screwed. Rage quitting is an option.

THIS GAME IS SO FUN! WHY IS THIS GAME BEING SLEPT ON? DEVS NEED TO ADVERTISE YOUR GAME! So...HATERS BE D#MNED...Not sure what people's issue with this game is exactly...as far as an extraction shooter it is super solid. The PVE is great and so far the PVP when it has happened has been much like Arc Raiders. Shoot if you want and wave hello if you do not. The PVP mechanics are pretty straight forward and seem to have a learning edge and some skill involved. So far i have won one fight and lost another. If you love the Synduality anime you will love this game. It feels very good as far as the world and things involved. Are there microtransactions? Sure. Is it pay to win? No. Not that i have seen yet. I think if the makers of this game would advertise better this game would do fantastic. I love the anime and didn't even know the game existed until recently. Most of the negative comments come from people who do not understand PvEvP extraction games. I am thoroughly enjoying my time. Will edit once further in. DEAR DEVS MY ONE COMPLAINT: BIGGEST CON SO FAR IS NO PARTY SYSTEM UNLESS RUNNING INTO A FRIENDLY IN GAME. CHANGE THIS PLEASE OR MAKE 2 AND 3 PLAYER PARTY LOBBIES LIKE ARC RAID…
