Hailing from a long line of doctors, Ryoushi Arisu lost his place in the family the moment his younger sister was born. Years later, at a med school far, far away, as he contemplates his career path... he meets the strange little boy who will change his life forever.

Mc is very annoying... so are a few other ML's but I can't help it... as much as I wanna stick it out for the few characters I enjoy. I feel like banging my head to the wall. it's a shame... :P1 found this helpful
TAISHO x ALICE: HEADS & TAILS is a fantasy otome visual novel fan disc consisting of ten episodes. Created by Primula and published by Pencil, it serves as the direct sequel to TAISHO x ALICE Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3 and epilogue. The game offers multiple independent episodes for players to select freely after starting. This fan disc features heartfelt after stories for the seven main male characters from the original series including Cinderella, Red Riding Hood, Gretel, Kaguya, Snow White, Wizard and Alice. Each route explores their happy ever after journeys with the protagonist. Every character route offers roughly one hour of reading content with sweet post ending plots. Beyond the original seven leads, this fan disc adds brand new routes for two popular side characters Ookami and Ryoushi. i love the series, but i wish alice got a longer route considering he didn't get a proper one w/romance before. theres a LOT of [spoiler]alistair x yurika lore[/spoiler] that i dont care for that much it kinda ruins the vibe for me personally. woolfe getting screentime was great tho

i only finished the wizard as he is the sole reason i bought this but, i can say im 50/50 like it was nearly the end where he accepted that he loves the Arisu that he have. I feel like it'll be more satisfying for his route if another an hr through his route after he realize that feeling.
