Standing in the doorway like that genuinely creeps me out.

C'est sympa, mais c'est tout. Ca se fait vite en une soirée et chaque run est donc rapide mais après deux runs j'ai un peu la flemme d'en faire d'autres sans regarder de guide pour le 100% (D'ailleurs ce serait bien de faire des succès Steam qui marchent). En effet le jeu a du mal à entretenir une curiosité chez le joueur et garde tout pour soi dans un mystère bah trop mystérieux. Par contre super ambiance, le côté cassette VHS, visuels et ambiance c'est réussi !

I liked it! Cool style. It has a lot packed into a free game. I played this with friends, but I think it's best to play this one alone with headphones. It's not scary in the traditional sense, but really creepy and unnerving. Definitely worth a play!

TELEFORUM is a short psychological horror game that immediately stood out to me because of how it presents its story. I am playing as a journalist visiting the apartment of a woman whose husband died during a broadcast of a cancelled television show called TELEFORUM. The whole thing is presented like an old VHS recording, which gives the game a really uncomfortable feeling from the start. I am not just walking around looking for a monster either. A lot of the tension comes from trying to understand what happened and figuring out why this particular tape matters so much. The interview sections are probably what I like most. I have to question the grieving widow and decide how far I want to push her while trying to get the information I need. I like that because it makes the conversations feel more important than simply clicking through dialogue. I have to pay attention to what she says and work out which questions are actually useful. At the same time, I can explore the apartment as the cameraman and look for things that might help me understand the story. Switching between these two sides gives the game more variety than I expected from something this short. The VHS presentation …

3.9 I don't fully know where I stand with Teleforum... I like the eerie vibe, the atmosphere, some of the moments and the general art that was put into it. The use of real actors to provide faces and stills for segments creates a weird uncanny-ness to it at times. I'm not hugely into the new 'analogue horror' for the most part but I did enjoy those parts in this. There is a mystery going on that is never outright explained to you, albeit it doesn't seem to be too hard to figure out at least the surface level. But right when it starts to really get much more interesting it just fizzles out to end. It speedruns a full a horror story in the span of about 20 minutes or so. Almost all of my playtime came from redo-ing it a few times then rounding out some achievements (and unable to get one too appear especially with no specific segment replay aside from an entire replay. All that said I am super interested in the other game(s) by this team and I hope they provide more of what I seek.
