Pros: it has a charming artstyle Cons: The puzzles are difficult with no since of direction, the achievements aren't any better try to figure out, the game softlocks itself very often and with the weird puzzles It was hard figuring out if my game was softlocked or just the puzzle being weird, plus the boss fight softlocks the game too and you have to restart a entire section just to try again, this game isnt very good.

this game has potential with great ideas but is a very buggy mess. thats what i get for playing a game made in the unity engine

"The Call" is a laughably badly made Unity kitbashed first person horror adventure, remarkably so bad it could be considered a contender for one of the worst games on Steam. And that's a big deal because the competition at the bottom is fierce. What do you do in the game? First person adventuring as a cop exploring a spooky house. The technical execution of this game is shallow and simplistic, just enough to tick the boxes required to get something (anything) published on Steam, rather than investing the huge amount of effort and budget needed to create a fully fledged, comprehensive, high quality product. This feels like a tech demo more than a full game. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. Even though the game looks pretty bad (and decent visuals are a minimum requirement for any game), we can be fairly sure this is not an asset flip. This is because the game assets look so bad, no self respecting asset creator would publish them. That's a fail. On level 3 the door didn't open and I couldn't finish the game.
