The House (2023)

Fun but scary little horror game. I did find a bug on first play through, emailed the dev and said what was wrong and they patched it which was nice :)

Full of bugs, puzzles are very basic, jump scares (startles) thrown randomly with no purpose or in context to any story. The game's entire loop is walk through a room, solve puzzle, get key, go through door. Game black screened when I got in to a locker, had to force close, save file gone, not gonna restart. Story almost non-existant. Textures don't line up or are completely missing at some points. Puzzle have potential, but I just don't see it with this project.

This game is fantastic! It's packed with plenty of jump scares—I love it. Great job, developers!

Still broken and not functioning properly. If they patch it and fix the bugs that make the game unplayable, then I would recommend it, cause the atmosphere, graphics and jumpscares are on point. Functionality? No. Please dev, fix the game :( (I received a copy on keymailer.co)

I do really enjoy the game, and managed to completed the part.1 Maybe you can add subtitles for the radio and the tape so we can hear and understand clearly what they said, because the voice is kinda muffled(for me who's note an english native speaker). And maybe add a brightness setting, because the game is wayyyy to dark. I do enjoy the different kind of puzzle in this game that not monotone. And the tips text on the start maybe you can make it like a pop out at the first of the game, cause when it's a running text on the loading screen it kinda a little bit fast to read. And I don't even know that I can jump at the start of the game, which make me stuck on the 1st stage on the game kinda long. And I really love the sound effect of this game, it really do give me the creep. The Dev do a really good job in making this game. Especially when I compare the current gameplay with the early gameplay from other people the dev already fix a lot of bug that mentioned on other review. Will play this game again for the part 2.
