This game really surprised me with it's ability to capture the gravity and atmosphere of each new situation and environment with very limited graphics. It almost as if the graphics are actually helping the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you point and click horror

I remember playing this game on Kongregate back in the day, when Flash games were plentiful. The minimalist graphics are great, but the story or puzzles are nothing special. It's just a few short episodes that are alright to play through. 2 playthroughs, 16/16 achievements.

Great sound design and music. Unfortunately, the pixel art makes objects hard to distinguish.

An engaging Lovecraftian horror story. Like all Lovecraft stories, the ending is a little anticlimactic. I wish there were fewer jumpscares in the last episode, but overall would recommend.

As a kid I grew up playing all sorts of point + click adventure games, and only a couple have really stuck with me for life. The Last Door is one of them. I remember playing this on my family computer with Flash, RIP, and I fell in love. Seriously this game is amazing, and I don't want to spoil ANYTHING, cause that would ruin the fun. But this game is a masterpiece. The music is great, the puzzles are fun, and the atmosphere + horror are f*cking amazing. Great, great story you have made, Game Kitchen. I hope that Game Kitchen comes back to The Last Door, or another stylized point+click. I wholeheartedly recommend this game, and its Second Season as well.
