The Seven Enchantments

The environment and the creepy ambience is done very well. I was at the edge of my seat for the whole game. Pros: Creepy, spooky environmental story telling, feeling of solitude, psychological horror. Cons: Not having a map makes navigating the level a bit hard, since it's also too dark. Would recommend for people who like horror games. Interesting take on a scammer who becomes the main character as you are forced to survive in this horrible predicament. 8.5/10

The visuals are absolutely stunning. The game is incredibly atmospheric and beautiful. Unfortunately, it does have its downsides. In my opinion, the UI needs some polish. Also, there's a lot of walking involved before anything actually happens, which I personally find quite tedious. As for the atmosphere, it keeps you really tense, and if you can push through the first 2 hours, you won't be able to turn it off :D

The Seven Enchantments presents a dark first-person horror adventure built around folklore, investigation, supernatural threats, and the consequences of human vice. Its setting is the isolated 19th-century village of Pradonin, a place where religious beliefs, old legends, and terrifying events have become intertwined. The player assumes the role of Józef, a supposed exorcist whose profession is based more on deception than genuine spiritual ability. What initially appears to be another opportunity to profit from frightened villagers becomes considerably more dangerous when he discovers that the supernatural forces haunting the region are genuine. This protagonist gives the story an interesting foundation. Józef enters the situation without the knowledge or heroic credentials normally associated with supernatural investigators, making his encounter with real evil particularly effective. This game spoils itself in the tutorial screen at the start - it explains how to play against monsters and which monsters we will encounter - crazy how the game doesn't let me figure it out for myself, to be intrigued, in the future to learn how to fight against them by experience. Also diary entry about farmer's house spoiled what I would see inside. Very bad. Why play game that doesn't let you expirience it for yourself. Shame on you, guys... Fix it if you value your game...

Game starts a bit slow, but once you get a hang of it, it gets interesting. Definitely recommend to everyone who enjoys walking simulators and puzzles (especially with a bit of spice).
