My Experience After seeing the player guiding an arrow in the trailer, I was interested in trying this indie action game from developer Enoops. I'd never played anything else from this studio, but the guided arrow reminded me of a combination of the Slayer rocket from Perfect Dark (on the Nintendo 64) and the bullet-following camera after shooting a shot with the sniper rifle in either Sniper Elite or Max Payne. Although the mechanic itself was somewhat enjoyable, everything around it was pretty uninspired. The encounters were repetitive and often involved killing zombies that were simply standing still and presenting no threat. Making matters worse is that your character "resets" to a position where he is aiming slightly to the right. Therefore, you will always need to either move the cursor to the left prior to shooting or immediately after releasing an arrow. There was one encounter in the game that was actually quite difficult, but only because you'll need to memorize the order in which you need to dispatch enemies to cover your scavenging partner. Some of the enemies move faster than you'd expect, and others don't move at all despite their proximity to your partner…3 found this helpful
I'm not sure how this buggy mess landed in my library (must have been a bonus key or sth). I really enjoy indie games but this one is a nightmare to play. I'm getting black screen every shot or two making every level almost impossible to finish. And rendering distance is way too short. There are no game options to change anything but language (eng, rus) and to turn sound on or off. There is no .ini file or anything that could be edited to improve experience a bit Game is very short and consists in a few repetitive missions - we shoot arrows at zombies. That's it. There are no controls other than shooting and steering arrow with the mouse. Story is quite short but it's hard to make anything of it while getting 1s of black screen every 10-15s, even in cutscenes It looks more like a school project than a complete indie game. And the full price ($10) is way too much for its current state1 found this helpful
