Tiny Echo "Nothing happens." That's certainly one way to look at it. It's not grandiose in the way a lot of games are where they manipulate an equally large emotion out of you or try to. It's quiet, basic, an exchange of thought and emotion in nothing more than a whisper. No dialogue spoken but rich in metaphorical visuals, all hand drawn by the way, that tell a story of a dying land and its people sending prayer requests with a courier who meets the spirits, sometimes doing a ritual (very light point and click puzzling) to summon and give them the request to be answered. Stuff happens. It's just meant to be a lullaby not a mosh pit at a metal concert. :p2 found this helpful
Tiny Echo is a cute little point & click adventure with fantastic hand drawn graphics and honestly, some really lovely music. The game gives you almost no direction, so you'll spend a lot of time exploring and figuring things out for yourself. The puzzles aren't particularly difficult, but they do rely on remembering where characters and locations are. My only real question was why the main character looks so different from everyone else - who knows but it definitely stood out.1 found this helpful
Nah.
Super cute and cozy game, the art style is adorable!
Lovely little game with equally gorgeous art and music! I'm happy to have helped the eye friend deliver the letters :D
This game just screams passion project! The art and animation is so lovingly crafted. The different styles blending together beautifully and adding to the otherworldly feel of this bizarre land. The world is so interesting to explore, everything weird and alien, that by the end I feel like I only got a tiny glimpse into this massive world! I honestly would like to more about it but i think the point of the game is that we aren't meant to understand what we're seeing, because we aren't a part of this place, only visiting through the eyes of one of its residents. A fascinating game with some tricky puzzles!
