About Total Party Kill
Your party enters a deep and dark dungeon… but the only way forward is creative use of friendly fire!
Control 3 different heroes and use their unique abilities to solve mind-bending puzzles by sacrificing your teammates! Throw heroes as the Knight, freeze them into ice blocks with the Mage, or pin them on walls and use them as platforms as the Ranger. As long as one hero survives to the goal, you win the level!
Total Party Kill is the winner of the Ludum Dare 43 game development competition with the theme "Sacrifices must be made". This extended edition contains improvements such as redone art and animations, new soundtrack by KungFuFurby, and challenging new levels!

Clever puzzle design! Simple, but not dumb. Okay, maybe except level 58, that one felt way too random. There is no enemies (...other than your party members), the only hazards on the map are the spikes, so there is no time pressure, you can stop and think how to tackle the level. Worst case scenario you fail and immediately try again. And again. And again...3 found this helpful
Textbook case of how to translate theme into mechanics. Excellent job. The only complaint I have is with "double jumping", i.e. when you stack A on top of B, then you jump with B and then immediately switch and jump with A so that you can jump higher. I'm not sure if this is an intended mechanic (I'm curious to hear your thoughts), but sometimes it seems to work so easily while others it's infuriatingly hard to execute.1 found this helpful
This game is charming and has a good balance of difficulty and fun mechanics. Love the sprite animations, music gets a bit samey after awhile but still loved the atmosphere. wish there were more levels honestly i give it 8/10
Perfectly acceptable little puzzle game I had a good time with.
Short game, but a lot of fun overall. I wish the puzzles utilized the knight’s powers more. I rarely needed to use his power as the wizard and archer had much more versatile powers.
Yes.
