Tyrion Cuthbert: Attorney of the Arcane

This is a straight rip of the Ace Attorney formula and more, even down to some characters filling similar roles to the AA games have the exact same sprite poses in this game. Hell, just like AA1's case 4's "summon a parrot to the witness stand", case 4 of this game also has a similar moment. To give credit where it's due though, the developer knew the assignment. Despite a lack of polish here and there (UI bugs, a few typos or errors in the text), I do think this game stands amongst the others in the AA franchise with an engaging overarching story and fun case scenarios that have some good depth to them. There was some logic difficulty for me in a couple of spots but I don't think it was too obtuse for the most part. I do have some nitpicks with some of way things were handled in comparison to the AA games, but overall this was a pretty solid first attempt by this developer. 8/10 I wish the dev the best on releasing more content for Tyrion!

An amazing game that wears its Ace Attorney inspirations on its sleeves. Is it perfect? No, I do wish it was a case or two longer to be paced better, There were a few moments where I was stumped and needed to look at a guide (though I may have just been a bit dumb there) or where the case was leading but I just didn't know the right evidence to present to get me there (specifically in the final case). However, I do love the game for what it has. I enjoy the game having other mechanics to spice up the gameplay during investigations, especially the argument mechanic. The characters are simple, but enjoyable, and the art is phenomenal, but I think more light needs to be shone on its AMAZING soundtrack. Insaneintherain and Shady Cicada really knocked it out of the park with their songs and it genuinely enhances the game (my favorite is the Argument ost). And with all that said, yes, PLEASE buy it and fund their next games for Tyrion Cuthbert 2.

Every Ace Attorney fan should play this game. Absolute cinema!

Banger game, banger story, banger characters Banger

When I first went into this I was expecting more of a fan game level of writing compared to the Ace Attorney games, but by the end of it I’d rank this on par with the best Ace Attorney games. Amazing story progression and characters, if you’re a fan of Ace Attorney this game is a must

the argument mechanic makes complete sense, the game doesn't penalize you for experimenting with presenting evidence at testimonies, and the game actually has a (as well as it could be given the breakneck pacing) developed romance. i sort of agree with that one comment that's mad about the stakes never *feeling* high and the protagonist kind of power-fantasying his way through the game but honestly that's kind of the point if you've played the final case. for the price i got this for it was an absolute steal. also i NEED tymora's 'OBJECTION" as my notification tone, please and thank you.
