Vital Signs: Emergency Department

As someone with knowledge in the medical field, I knew what I was doing for the most part. This game would be hard for people who are clueless. Also, they score you off of textbook treatment, not on realistic alternatives we see and use everyday in the ED. The game is not updated so it is good for fun, nothing more, nothing less. I recommend this game for people who have knowledge and know when the game is dishonest. I do not recommend this game for people who are not versed in medical knowledge and seek to further their medical understanding as this game is misleading in its review of cases.

most thing dlc locked, infectious disease also dlc locked, the cases are nice but only few. only get it if u in medical field tho

Too hard and no tutorial on the medicines, if you are just a gamer and not in med school, good luck. I still give a good review because its an interesting game but it needs a proper tutorial on the medicines and procedures.

You're presented with symptoms and present highly spurious medical diagnosis in response, rinse, repeat. This feels like Two Point Hospital is a more reliable guide to medical analysis. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just 2D static text/images... it might as well be a web page. It's functionally no different from a browser game. And we all know, Steam isn't here to compete with Chrome and Firefox. If the game can be done in a web browser, it's just not rich or compelling enough to appeal to serious gamers on PC.
