Waking Up: Way Back Home

Roby basically does what every kid has thought about at some point — sneaks somewhere he shouldn't, convinced it's a good idea, and immediately makes everything worse. The difference is that his version of getting caught means crash-landing on an alien planet instead of getting grounded. What works is that the game doesn't try to be more than that. It's a kid trying to find his dad, moving through a strange place, solving things as he goes. No pressure, no countdown, just the story doing its thing at its own pace.

Waking Up: Way Back Home is a nice little free game that I really enjoyed! A game with a decent small story really cool art style, very cartoonist and stylised, with a really amazing colour pallet. The gameplay is OK and although the game seems optimised for controller it plays pretty well with keyboard. Fully recommend it, after all is free, so why not give it a go!

its fun! but feels like the tutorial is longer than the game. firstly i though its a demo. hope there'll be more

Un juego corto, sencillo pero entretenido. Es de esos jueguitos que te pueden dar 30 min agradables, si bien se nota que no tiene grandes pretenciones la pequeña historia que cuenta es curiosa, por cierto no me esperaba el giro del final. Tal vez me hubiera gustado que los gases no fueran insta kill pero bueno tampoco me voy a poner de tiquismiquis.

The game is short but well made. The design ideas for various objects are better than some space survival games. They are as unique as the objects that are in extraterrestrials. Let's play.
