We Bowling?!

Really fun lil game, lots of level variety and gimmicks. I actually played it on the steam deck and it runs and handles pretty well too, I could see myself pulling it out again when I have some downtime and have the urge to push ball around.

Surprisingly addicting and very fun. I've played a couple other games like it before and this is one of the good ones. Loved the look of the maps, and the soundtrack.

We Bowling?! is one of those games that sounds like a joke at first, but the actual idea is pretty fun. I am basically a bowling ball rolling through obstacle courses instead of doing normal bowling, and the goal is to reach the pins as quickly as I can. There are ramps, seesaws, moving platforms and other hazards in the way, so it ends up feeling more like a 3D platformer with bowling physics than a normal sports game. I like how simple the idea is because I can understand what I am supposed to do almost immediately. The physics are what make the game work for me. Rolling around sounds easy until I have to control my speed properly and line up jumps or narrow sections. Sometimes I can get through a section really cleanly and other times one bad bounce completely ruins the run. That can be frustrating, but it also gives me a reason to retry the same course and try to improve my time. The game is clearly built around speedrunning, so getting faster is much more important than simply reaching the end. Good game, gave me a strike for Spam on my Discord account for trying to join the server, but other than that, I'd say its worth a play.
