The story is good and all with some touching moments but my god the combat is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying. The enenmies ethier spam Dodge, block or grab instead of attacking you. On the 14 Hours that I wasted on this game, I could say that I had almost an hour stuck in enemy grabs or attacking a blocking enemy. Just watch a resume of the game atp or buy it on sale. Its more difficult than Sekiro and Dark souls1 found this helpful
BALLS OUT, KIDOOOOOOOO!!!! i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game
Love this game and it's my favorite out of the whole series. It is not a hard game, it just punishes aggressive players, so please take your time and don't rush! (Unless if you're playing Saejima!) Love Saejima's and Tanimura's combat the most. Love being absolute tank as Saejima while grabbing enemies and throwing them at others! Love parrying enemies as Tanimura, and his heat actions are so satisfying to watch! My tip for fighting enemies: -Read the room first before going in. -Try to take out smaller enemies first. -PLEASE take down the armed enemies, they tend to do the most damage.
"kirtu is the gray yakuza, aiyama is the red one, seejimo- sayjimmo is the green one and the blue one I- I forgot his name no joke" memes aside, a replay after 5 years and as someone who stayed on the hill of Y4 is among the best I... I got a reality check, kinda? So where to begin huh, I guess the combat and this time around I... really didnt feel the same as I did the first time I played and I have no idea if it was because Hard mode changes how enemies spam attacks (played on hard this time). Because ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ while Akiyama's moveset is still among my favorites I kept getting stun locked/ grab locked so often it's baffling. Not just Akiyama. Enemies really loved to spam more-so than the other games AS FAR AS I REMEMBER. The movesets themselves are good, besides Saejima, when I first played I hated his moveset - and now, I still hate it. I just dont find it enjoyable. BUT NOW TANIMURA, Tanimura initially I was indifferent about, but thanks to Snake style in LJ being one of my recent favorites... Tanimura this time around was a genuine blast to play and this time around I actually did side content with him. Kiryu is Kiryu and genuinely fun to play in 4. Okay now music …
waste of 9.99 ps3 graphics hard to look at.
