Beautiful and pleasant art + ost, chill gameplay. But 70+-% playtime isn't gameplay but visual novel. Plot and text isn't very interesting - weak yellow' interpretation H.P.Lovecraft
although the mentions of various things from his work cannot but please
and default anime slop. It would be possible to recommend this game but percentage of text is greatly bigger than playtime while the game is positioned as an hotel owner simulator. If you like visual novel - well, no problem, buy this game and enjoy.

I originally wrote a review at just under 4h of playtime and said I was probably barely scratching the surface of what this game had on offer. I now have 26h of playtime, and that includes save-scumming for endings and various achievements, without having even touched New Game+ for the achievements I'm missing yet. I can therefore say I was definitely right in my initial thoughts. Now, how you feel about that playtime is going to depend heavily on how you regard both visual novels and management/simulation titles, because this game is a blend of both. Large chunks of VN content, especially in certain chapters, followed by large portions of managing the hotel and your Action Points. Personally, I am quite surprised by how much I ended up enjoying this title. It definitely has flaws, but I was invested throughout. The story is very much catered to those interested in the supernatural, featuring many different culture's mythologies, along with a huge serving of Lovecraftian elements, and some science-fiction thrown in too. There are a lot of names and terms used in this game, where it does mostly expect you to know what they are before-hand. Some more niche things do get explaine…

I like the management aspects, but having only 1 action for day and night creates and stop and go flow that feels awful. Gacha being a core mechanic with the alchemy feels pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and frustrating when you want a certain result to progress in level. The objectives that are there guide you seem to last forever. The girls are cute and the story seems interesting so far. I feel like it might have benefited from just being a visual novel more than anything.

The game's text lacks proofreading and is full of errors. The character illustrations are beautiful, and the story is epic, but the gameplay falls short. But overall, it's still acceptable.
