Parry and dodge enemy attacks, chain different strikes, and keep an eye out for new gear, including sabers, rapiers, halberds, greatswords, pistols, muskets, and more.Shape your combat style through talents and flexible loadouts with unique armor sets. Use food and potions to gain powerful buffs. Test your skills against a wide range of enemies and challenging bosses, defeat them, and claim their treasures. Melee combat in this game has gotta be one of the worst I ever seen in about 30 years of gaming.

with the game being where it is i would not suggest it i would like to see atleast all this into the game some things were just unpolished such as the guns when you run out of ammo and switch to your other gun which should still have a shot in it but it doesnt cause you magically take it out, and the boats should feel faster it takes slightly to long to get to locations, and the fact that you cant switch through your quick bar with the scroll wheel is dumb, and the fact that if you were in a group you have nothing to do if you are on a friends boat, and having a like aim sight that hits things when you are aiming your cannons, and i could find no info anywhere in game about what the different shots for your cannons do, oh and being able to tell what side is the front of the items you make like the chairs and stuff, their needs to be like atleast double the amount of sea shanties and also have the ability to have them keep singing in combat,

I had hope for this, but this is a huge disappointment. Almost nothing in this game is fun. The naval battles are boring, clunky, bad mechanics all over the place (aiming zoom annoying, no ammo used by cannons, sail destroying ammo does nothing, NPC keep getting stuck on rocks and you can't complete quests, just to name a few). The land combat is horrible to say the least, multiple bad mechanics there too (stun lock, stuck in animations, stuck on everything, getting gank banged 5 v 1. All island look the same, same animals same everything. The progression system is extremely slow and doesn't feel rewarding at all, UI is horrible, backpacks are too smal, ship storage is too small. Building snapping is horrible Game is grindy for the wrong reason I would not recommend this garbage of a game to my worst enemy. We are playing this multiplayer (2 players) and we are two pretty chill guys and we are both rage baiting on this one. This is when multiplayer works cause most of the time our PC crashes due to unoptimized game taking over 16Gb of ram. This game needs serious work before it becomes any good. For now it is going on the shelf.
