Iron Blight

A short, focused zombie survival game that's carried by its low poly vibes. You'll scrounge for ammo, track down tools to help you unlock a variety of doors, and, of course, fend of the living dead with whatever guns you can "borrow" from your neighbors -- they won't be needing it. After an introductory area that gets you used to the game's mechanics, you're spilled into a larger urban environment and tasked with hunting down parts to repair a getaway boat. Here, you have a bit of freedom to search each section of the map in the order you want (unless you're impeded by a very specific door type). I greatly appreciated the non-linearity of the town. It really made me feel like I stepped into a Romero scenario in progress. There's a purposeful clunk to the game's mechanics that makes the relatively simple undead AI feel more threatening. Reloading is methodically slow, and your guns are prone to jam, causing for mild palpitations mid-fight. You also need to check your inventory in a safe space since the game doesn't pause while you do, and your character physically needs to unshoulder their backpack to dig through it. very vibey soviet themed survival horror game with very cool mechanics that make for a more immersive experience (ammo/mag checking/the backpack loot menu system). playing on hardcore mode where reloading means you dump your whole mag makes for a very thoughtful and engaging playthrough especially with all the zombie variants in there. it even has an health meter watch ala ethan from RE7, you can tell these devs know ball. definitely worth a pick-up for fans of resident evil, no more room in hell, etc...

Nice cry of fear vibes, i enjoyed this game, but game feels unfinished, and very raw. Can you please continue the main story? Im only begin to enjoy the plot , and it was over. question#1 - why on the picture of game, i see the man with hair and cap , but in the story the main character was bald af??? question #2 - can u add gun mods to mp5 ? i was very upset when i realised that i collect them all, but didnt find any to mp5. I will give this game 6.5/10 , great potential , but raw :(((((

This one kind of reminded me of Nightmare of Decay: a well crafted indie zombie survival horror with early playstation era vibes! Loved the mechanic of manually racking shotguns, cocking revolvers, and clearing jammed rounds. Scary fun!

The atmosphere is amazing and reminds me so much of Cry of Fear. The guns mechanics are amazing and we got the usual inventory management. Outstanding game. I really hope the dev gives us another one like this in the future. Please support the dev and buy this... it absolutely deserves it!

Don't let the graphics and old school feel of this game fool you, its actually pretty polished and fun to play!
