This is one of those games that was heavily discounted, so I thought, why not buy it? More games added to the backlog, I guess, haha. BUT!! I honestly did not expect to enjoy this game as much as I did since I had pretty low expectations going into it. The gameplay is surprisingly satisfying. Vacuuming all the gunk out just feels so good, and somehow it made me want to keep doing more. It’s a simple, short and fun adventure game, and I honestly got hooked by the satisfaction of cleaning everything up. The story is alright too. It’s pretty interesting and keeps you curious enough to want to play from start to finish. Overall, at the discounted price I got it for, this game was a **HUGE STEAL!** and I encourage you guys to try it out!

10% Puzzle Platformer 90% Walking and vacuuming

Truly an unremarkable game. Just follow the yellow paint and listen to some cringy dialogue. I couldn't be bothered to get all the achievements. Also, the characters look like they are straight out of subway surfers.

A short and enjoyable little adventure. The Gunk doesn’t have a story that will keep you glued to the screen, but it’s still a pleasant game from start to finish. The environments are beautiful, the world has a nice atmosphere, and the soundtrack does its job well. The puzzles are extremely easy and never really make you stop and think, but they fit the relaxed pace of the game. Combat and exploration are also pretty simple, so don’t go in expecting anything challenging. Overall, it’s a nice 4 to max 5 hour experience (personally i completed it in 4.1hrs of actual playtime with 14/17 achievements), looks great, plays smoothly and doesn’t drag on longer than it needs to. Nothing amazing, but definitely a solid and relaxing game. For me a 6/10.

There is something relaxing about simplicity of this game.
