X4: Foundations

If you already know how to play, it's a great game.... For newer players, it requires a lot of grunt work and finding out how basic things work cause.. the devs sure as heck don't explain or make things easy for ya...

This game is essentially single player EVE Online, minus some obious scale differences. The tutorials don't even come close to showing you how this game operates. There are multiple starting points / story lines that are extremely confusing as well. You'll get your first mission and probably screw it up, requiring you to google multiple things to muddle your way through it. The mission guides are extremely vague, and it's very difficult to understand the instructions they're giving you. The flight and combat systems are extremely twitchy and difficult to control. The user interfaces are very complicated and have many layers of complexity behind them. Essentially you're going to be dropped into a massive universe with only a very basic understanding of how it all works. You'll spend hours trying to do even the most basic functions, and it's just not worth it. I got no enjoyment out of this game, just sheer frustration at the total lack of direction provided to new players.

its everything i ever wanted from elite:Dangerous!

The best space sandbox game, worth the buy. just wish they would make building a little more intuitive

The "Would you like to post a review?" wouldnt go away. Good Game.
