About Titan Souls

✦ AI summary

Hunt down colossal titans across haunting ruins, wielding a single arrow to exploit each beast's unique weaknesses and claim their souls. Discover hidden titans and uncover ancient secrets while mastering minimalist combat that rewards precision and observation over button-mashing.

Between our world and the world beyond lie the Titan Souls, the spiritual source and sum of all living things. Now scattered amongst the ruins and guarded by the idle titans charged with their care, a solitary hero armed with but a single arrow is once again assembling shards of the Titan Soul in a quest for truth and power.

Colossal Titans: Explore the ancient ruins of your forefathers and uncover extraordinary and unique titans, each with their own savage attacks and hidden weakness. Find and exploit their faults to slay the beasts and consume the primeval power that lies within them.

Simple Combat: Loose your solitary arrow at the monstrous titans and summon it back to your hand to unleash another forceful strike. Dash and run from the titan’s attacks but do not fear death, as it is both inevitable and plentiful in Titan Souls.

Arcane Secrets: This realm is not without its secrets. Long forgotten titans are hidden in the shadows and prowling through the furthest corners of the land – find them, destroy them, and take their souls for your own to discover the true extent of the power that resides here.

It's an alright short game, art is good, gameplay is very straightforward, music is ok with some standouts. I think it's best to think of it as a sort of puzzle game, every boss has some kind of gimmick that you have to figure out, most of them feel pretty finicky to deal with and I honestly didn't find a lot of them to be fun. The biggest problem is that every boss fight is potentially <15 seconds long on a good attempt, meanwhile every death has an unnecessary walk back in a world that is more explorable than it even needs to be, since it's absolutely empty. If you can get it on sale for 5 bucks or less, are interested in a boss rush game, and have an afternoon to spare, it's a good enough choice.

I loved this game. Super cool bosses, very cool world design, and great music! Probably wouldn't pay full price for it though just because its quite short. Definitely worth it when on sale!

Very good game but not for everyone for sure, It can be really tough. For most bosses it's figure out how to kill it then the kill is pretty free, For some it can be quite, or extremely tough to pull off. If you thought you knew how to kill it but are having doubts about whether it's correct because of how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard it is, it probably is the right way to kill it and u just gotta be patient. I will also always love ancient murals being your only insight into the past of a world. Also the music is great, for the most part (looking at you final boss)
