Parry, counterattack, and transform into stone form to both defend and devastate as you uncover the truth of your existence among the ruins of humanity.
The dead litter this tattered landscape, but not all are without hope. The lost remains of defeated warriors are yours to discover. Awaken these Mortal Shells, occupy their bodies and significantly open your understanding to diverse masteries of combat.
Your path is guarded by desperate adversaries, devoted to inscrutable gods. Behold creatures both pitiable and grotesque, but do not let fear halt your journey. Muster your courage and face them down.
Combat is strategic and deliberate. You must commit your sword only when an opportunity opens. Calculate your parries to unleash devastating counterblows. Temporarily entomb your Mortal Shell in stone to block attacks, or play aggressive and use your stone-form to add brutal weight to your own sword swings.

I would love to give this gama a neutral rating instead. It's not bad but it's definitely not great. Very short and easy compared to other souls like games. Beautiful aesthetics. Only the final boss can be quite annoying, not because it's tough but because of how the fight is designed. 5/10 for me1 found this helpful

Instead of rewarding challenge, it often delivers frustration, awkward mechanics, and tedious design that feels more punishing than engaging. The combat revolves around the Hardening mechanic, which sounds clever on paper but quickly becomes repetitive. Rather than encouraging varied playstyles, every encounter feels like waiting for cooldowns, hardening at the right moment, and repeating the same routine. It lacks the fluidity and responsiveness that make the best action RPGs satisfying. Exploration is another weak point. The world is visually impressive, but that's where the praise mostly ends. Areas blur together into a muddy maze of gray forests, swamps, and ruins with very few memorable landmarks. Instead of rewarding curiosity, the game often leaves you wandering in circles, unsure whether you're progressing or simply retracing your steps. The Shell system is an interesting idea that ultimately feels underdeveloped. While each Shell changes your stats, they rarely provide enough unique abiliti…1 found this helpful
I gave this game a second chance and finally finished it but didn't enjoy much. The visuals are pretty cool, but the gameplay feels clunky. I kept hoping it would click but it never did. It's just not a fun souls game.1 found this helpful
wow.... i expected more... died 22X in the 1st hour to the 1st 3 enemy? WTF>..........................not a good game.

Decent enough game, as janky as it is, it's still very enjoyable. Definitelly worth playing.
