Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek

Enigmatis — приятный и расслабляющий point-and-click квест для тех, кто застал и хочет вспомнить времена классических «поисков предметов» от Алавар. Жанр специфический, изживший себя и явно на любителя, но за местной историей следить мне было интересно — затягивает. Сюжет красиво набирает обороты, тема культов и демонов раскрыта отлично, а ключевые персонажи со временем приятно обрастают, что называется, лором. Ближе к финалу, когда приходится много бегать по всей карте, ручная ходьба без фаст-тревела немного утомляет. Но для игры 2011 года, как по мне, это вообще не критично — прохождение всё равно мне подарило ощущение приятной расслабленности, несмотря на то, что в игре и подумать немного надо. Хорошая мистика. Enigmatis is honestly a really great hidden objects game. Nice mini games, a good story. I can recommend it!

Hidden Object games area a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine and Artifex Mundi seems to be the ones that do it well. This is a bit of an older ono and the actual HO scenes can be a little more tough than their later ones but its still fun. Don't come into these games for the story or animation or acting, they are all ...not great but the puzzles carry it and overall I always have a good time with these

A great time waster. Don't expect DiCaprio acting or Shakespearean storytelling and you'll be fine!

7/10 - A nice point-and-click hidden-object adventure.

This is actually one of the meatier games from the developer, and it had a lot of hidden pictures puzzles and the point and click aspect was well done. Great art as always. The voice acting and animation is so-so but I'm glad it's not the crappy AI so many developers are using now. I look forward to the sequel!
