Captain Jackson

This is another bit of weird junkware assimilated by DIG Games and published as a "minimum viable product" on Steam. It's possible one of the worst shoot 'em up/bullet hell games ever made, with graphics that look bad for pixelcrap. I personally think it's truly remarkable when people take something that's bad and somehow manage to make it even worse. The godawful visuals are fully representative of the rest of the game, sloppy controls, painfully slow bullet cycle times, floatiness... it's unpleasant to play. I think it might have been a joke game or something... the tutorial for the controls just says "Work it out yourself", which is pretty rude. It makes you wonder if they genuinely thought this was a game for gamers, or if it's an exercise in publishing garbage onto Steam Direct just to pollute the store. Some developers do this for a living, and it's bad for everyone. DIG Games have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts.
