About Knights Within
Humanity is fighting for survival against the wraiths that now reign dominant in the world. Thankfully, technology is on our side. Fight your way through hordes of enemies while completing objectives to further mankind's struggle to survive.
Embark on procedurally generated missions to push back the threat of the Wraiths. Progressing through a mission grants randomized modifiers for both you and your enemies. The longer you survive, the crazier the powers get, keeping each run fresh and unique.
Create your own class by equipping gear mods for your various weapons and armor to enhance your preferred playstyle. As one of the prestigious knights protecting humanity, you have access to the most technologically advanced equipment available.
Run missions by yourself, or bring up to 3 friends to fight alongside you against the never ending hordes of enemies in your way.
Play the default mission based mode, completing objectives while struggling to survive. Or try the Gauntlet mode, where your stage progress is saved and the difficulty scales endlessly.

even if i haven't played the game much, and haven't played in a long time. the creator has consistently updated the game, and thats really commendable2 found this helpful
This game is super unique. Cool take on the survival game. I love Arthurian stuff and the whole fighting hordes of cyborg ghosts is badass. Can't wait for the update, I hope there will be more armors to pick from. I've been working on all the achievements so I can get all the custom options for armor.2 found this helpful
the most terrible horde shooter/ hack and slash i have ever played like you get range and melee with a massive delay in swapping between making it feel like you should not swap. limited ammo on gun and it also is so freakin weak it feel like a nerf rifle making you have to melee which would be fine but then your melee is complete ♥♥♥♥ so things take like 3-4 hits to kill right off the rip mobs don't have any response to getting hit only getting worse if you don't get melee dmg. the mobs all look almost exactly the same with slightly different coloration so you can barely tell what you are fighting 1 mob that is a little more grey will run away and respawn only to spawn behind you and do a slam knocking you down. another mob that looks just like the normal archer but is will flash with a slight yellow glow shoots massive aoe explosive dmg mobs if they enclose you completely body block you so you literally cant move no pushing past them. and that is just the combat issues. then you have the map it has markers with zero explanation of what anything does how to get upgrades or anything there was no tutorial mode to explain anything. like absolute waste of time1 found this helpful

fun game with some souls like play loop and a hoard survival feel, although boss fights are a bit challenging at the beginning its all about learning attack patterns, just gotta get good1 found this helpful
Add more abilities per character and replace charge-up with cooldown. Holding S+Left click makes the game a bit stale. Ill leave a recommendation since the game is still a W
